Reliance Jio on September 19 launched the Jio AirFiber and its related services in eight metro cities – Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. Reliance Jio is offering its home devices together with the Jio AirFiber at no extra cost. These devices include a Wi-Fi router, a 4K smart set top box, and a voice-enabled remote. Reliance Jio is offering access to 550+ digital channels and subscription to more than 14 over-the-top platforms with tariff plans starting at Rs 599.

Online fashion retail company Myntra is going to make changes to its fee structure on product returns for customers with high return rates, The Economic Times (ET) has reported.

The experiment is being introduced under a project called "return-as-a-service" and it comes a few months after Myntra applied a flat "convenience fee" ranging from Rs 199 to Rs 299 on every order made by customers with a high rate of product returns, the report said.

Canada expelled a top Indian diplomat Monday as it investigates what Prime Minister Justin Trudeau called credible allegations that India's government may have had links to the assassination in Canada of a Sikh activist.

Trudeau said in Parliament that Canadian intelligence agencies have been looking into the allegations after Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a strong supporter of an independent Sikh homeland known as Khalistan, was gunned down on June 18 outside a Sikh cultural centre in Surrey, British Columbia.

The Ministry of Finance on Monday okayed a series of welfare measures for the benefit of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) agents and employees, such as a raise in gratuity limit, eligibility for renewal commission, and term insurance cover.

The measures are related to the amendments made to the LIC (Agents) Regulations, 2017, Enhancement of Gratuity Limit, and Uniform Rate of Family Pension among others.

FMCG major Dabur India said on Friday that it is planning to grow its Home and Personal Care (HPC) segment in double digits and targeting revenue of Rs 7,000 crore in the medium term. The company is also targeting Rs 5,000 crore in sales from its healthcare segment.

Both the verticals, HPC and healthcare, part of the care segment, are major contributors to Dabur's business. In FY23, they accounted for 56.2 per cent of the consolidated sales of Dabur, which were Rs 11,530 crore.
