It also licenses the use of the FINA brand name and provides credit card processing services to approximately 240 licensed locations. As of December 31, 2008, this segment operated 306 convenience stores primarily in central and west Texas, and New Mexico. The company was founded in 2000 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
