Alabama Metal Industries Corporation has supplied metal for projects such as the new Dallas Cowboys stadium and the 2010 Winter Olympics facilities in Canada. Its roots are in Dixie, but its products are found coast to coast. Alabama Metal Industries Corporation (AMICO) manufactures industrial flooring and grating and expanded metal products. The company, a subsidiary of Gibraltar Industries, also offers complementary lines that include access floor systems; concrete forming products; fiberglass structural products; perforated metals; plastering, stucco, and drywall products; and security barrier products. AMICO manufactures its products at 14 locations throughout North America and distributes them from 17 distribution centers.
