The Mountain View team was founded by Randy and Ruth Ataide, Bill and Becky Janzen, and Mike and Peggy Thurlow in 1994. Having known each other for many years but never working directly together, the principals determined that there was the need for a different type of produce company to enter the marketplace. The Ataide, Janzen and Thurlow families wanted to try to do something about this situation.Joining with like-minded local farmers of nectarines, peaches, plums and apricots, Mountain View broke ground on a state-of-the-art cold storage and distribution facility located in the very heart of their Growers fields. Surrounded by orchards and vineyards, this facility was intended to demonstrate the commitment of the founders to the family farms they served, and to prevent their fruit from being hauled long distances after picking for sorting, packing, storage and shipping.

MRRM Inc. Company is incorporated with articles of Continuance issued under the Canada Business Corporations Act in 1979 at which time the name was changed to MRRM Inc. The Company was originally founded by Mr. Robert Reford in 1882 as Mount Royal Milling and Manufacturing Company. The Company also has a portfolio of marketable securities. Les Aliments DAINTY Foods is the only rice mill in Canada. It has been milling and processing rice for over a century and generates over 90% of the consolidated aggregate revenues of the Company. The Company is engaged in the ship agency business through Robert Reford. This business was acquired from the Robert Reford Company, Limited on April 1, 1978.

Mrs. Clark's Foods, L.C. company is a subsidiary of grain cooperative AGRI Industries. Mrs. Clark's Foods company's dressings, sauces, and mayonnaise come in porable or spoonable varieties. Its fruit and vegetable juices and juice blends come bottled or in shelf-stable packaging. Sizes vary from individual-serving cups to 2,000-pound totes. Mrs. Clark's also offers co-packing services.

Multiple Organics, Inc. was formed in 2002 by President Dave Lanstein. Multiple Organics provides a multitude of naturally grown food ingredients.
