A spirit of entrepreneurship and zeal to contribute to the industrialization and economy of the country saw the House establishing a series of manufacturing units covering a wide spectrum of products in Analytical, Process Control, Electronics and Laboratory Products. Quality and reliability became the watchword leading to foreign Collaborations and in-house R & D. With a view to give specialized attention to both the Overseas Principals and clientele, Toshniwal Brothers Private Limited, with its Head Office at Bombay and Regional Centers at Delhi, Calcutta and Madras was converted into independent Corporate bodies in 1981.
