Raj Engineers offers speed variators that work on Beier drive principle. With these variators coupled to AC motors, the output speed can be varied infinitely without steps while the units are in running condition. While the motors rpm is 1,440, the minimum output speed range of the variators is 200 to 40 rpm. Higher output ranges can be supplied if needed. The speed variators are available with input power of 0.37, 0.55 and 0.75 kW. They have high efficiency continuous rating and are very compact, free of vibration and noise. Output speed can be varied while the units are in operation, by rotating a knob, which is easily accessible at the top of the variators. The variators are supplied with/without prime movers as desired. They can also be built to cater to the special requirements if necessary. Spare parts are also supplied. All Process industries.
