Pillar-type drilling machines (model PM-1/3) manufactured and offered by Polytech Mechanical Industries are available in ¾” (19 mm) capacity. These drilling machines have four single and four double gear speeds for different kinds of operation. The main spindle is made from EN series material with ground finish and six slots with nose of morse taper MT-2 hole and runs only on bearings. With very sturdy and well-balanced structure the machines are compared to IS standards. Columns are made from heavy seamless pipes with ground finish. Gears and rams are made from high grade closed grains casting material. The drilling machines are very accurate, precise and can be used in different industries and tool room according to applications, like drilling, boring, reaming, honing and tapping.
