Products:
1. Gate Valves: Designed for high-pressure and high-temperature applications for a wide range of fluids excepts slurries and viscous fluids. These valves are generally used in the wide open or closed position, are not recommended for throttling service because throttling causes disc shattering and vibration which is likely to erode seating surface cause leakage.
2. Globe Valves: Designed and manufactured to the highest standards of quality, durability, are available in various classes (150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500). Particularly suitable for steam, water, air, gas and other media. Fluidline Steel Globe Valves conform to BS 1873 and to German (DIN) standard Indian Boiler Regulations and supplied with Boiler Inspector's certificate in from lll-C.
3. Forged Steel Gate Globe & Check Valves:
These valves are made as per BS / API / DIN standards. Intensive testing of every part, at every manufacturing stage, is what goes into the making of Fluidline Forged Steel Valves. Various parts such as forgings, bar stocks, bolting materials and gaskets are all subjected to strict quality control.
4. Butterfly Valves: Low Cost / Quick Operation / Light & Compact "Fluidline" Butterfly Valves conforming to AWWA C504 / BS 5155 / MSSSP-67 international standards in design. Material of construction, Chemical Physical Characteristics. Values are applicable in water, gases, oil & specially corrosion Fluids.
5. Dual Plate Check Valves: Wafer style body valves are designed with flange fewer bodies with relatively short face-to-face dimensions. They are clamped between mating flanges, which are connected by studs, and nuts.
6. Pipeline Strainers: Strainers - an important item in every chemical and petrochemical installation, is used to protect a valve or safety device in all pipelines. Valves require Strainers in order to function at a high level of efficiency while preventing unwanted foreign particles from entering into them and causing extensive damage.<
