During our early stage of working with the pump industry and specially in the Chemical pump section , we found that the main problem faced by the user of Chemical pumps was leakage from the seal and maintenance & breakdown occurring frequently due to it. To resolve the above main problem of the pump user, we found that Seal-less pumps with Magnetic drive technology was the perfect solution. Hence we started our production of Seal-less Magnetic Drive pumps under the brand name of Taha. The technology was new and many customer were either unaware of it or hesitating to use it. Also there was a perception in the industry that Seal-less Magnetic Drive Pumps are very expensive, since other brands available in the country and imported pumps were very costly. Products Summary Sealless magnetic drive chemical pumps (series PMD) manufactured and offered by Taha Pumps are available with a host of design features and have a wide range of application to meet the demand of different industry. All liquid contact parts are made of PP, ceramic, Teflon, viton, etc, which enables the pumps to be used for handling any kind of chemicals. Another feature is the use of magnetic drive system with high power rare earth magnets, which eliminates the use of conventional sealing methods. This makes the pumps trouble-free, with long life and virtually leakproof. Since there is no seal, problems like wear, leakage and repairing are automatically avoided. Impeller and drive magnets are permanent rare earth magnets, which prevent slippage and ensure that full motor horsepower is converted into pumping power. These pumps are ideally suitable for transfer of corrosive liquids, acids, dyes, solvents, toxic and fuming liquids, petrol, kerosene, water, etc. They also find application in chemical industries dyeing and printing houses, electroplating plants, photo processing, etc. Different models are available in the capacity range of 15, 30, 50, 85 and 125 lpm with materials of construction like polypropylene or PVDF.
