EIPL is the first north Indian developer to be assigned the DR2 rating by ICRA. Future Plants:
EIPL within 5 years of its inception has attained market leadership position in Noida & Greater Noida and are moving at a fast pace in Gurgaon & Faridabad. Having gained success in all it’s current projects, EIPL in all set to launch townships in Haryana and Punjab, starting with Sonepat (new suburb of Delhi) & Panipat (100 km from Delhi) and Ludhiana and Chandigarh (in Punjab). The company has acquired prime land parcels ranging from 100 to 300 acres each in these Punjab).
