The Hon’ble High Court of Bombay has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation in the nature of Amalgamation of Metrochem Industries Limited with Global Boards limited pursuant to the orderdated 10th June, 2011 and we have received Authenticated Copy of the same order on 8th July, 2011. Please note that the name of the company has been changed to METROGLOBAL LIMITED (Formerly known as Global Boards Limited) w.e.f 02/09/2011, as approved by ROC, Maharashtra.Scheme of Amalgamation is in the nature of Amalgamation of Metrochem Industries Limited with Global Boards Limited and restructure of Share Capital of Global Boards limited and their respective Shareholders. Metrochem Industries Limited and Global Boards Limited have filed Form No 21 with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 17th February, 2011 and Registrar of Companies, Bombay on 13th July, 2011. |
