EI Products offers digital UV/VIS spectrophotometers (model 371E) that are fine resolution, single beam, accurate, reliable and versatile instruments for both qualitative and quantitative spectrophotometric studies in chemical, pharmaceutical agriculture, biotechnological industries, hospitals and universities, engineering & medical colleges, and teaching & research institutions. The photometric measurement range is from 200 to 100 nm. A monochromator using Czerny-Turner mounting technique with 1200 lines/mm grating is used in this instrument. Accurate wavelength control is obtained by using steeping motor controlled by microprocessor automatically sets the desired wavelength with switches at front panel. Wavelength display is from 190 to 1000nm with a resolution of 0.1 nm. The light source consist of a tungsten halogen lamp in visible region from 350 nm to 1000 nm and deuterium lamp D2 is used for UV region from 200 to 35 nm. A high sensitivity, wide range, stables and accurate photo diode covering complete wavelength range is used as detector. Spectral order interference from grating is controlled and eliminated by a filter. Wavelength is displayed on 3 ½ digit red LED and 654 nm display. Product: Digital Spectrophotometers.
