Actions’ Public issue of Equity Shares of Rs.217.05 Lacs in 1995 was oversubscribed by 20 times. In 1992 ACTION was registered as a Public Limited Company. In 1993 ACTION started with Merchant Banking and Portfolio Management activities as Category II Merchant Banker. ACTION co-managed, selected issues as a Category II Merchant Banker and launched Portfolio Management Scheme for High Net-Worth Investors. In 1994 ACTION acquired membership of National Stock Exchange. In 1995 ACTIONs’ Public issue of Equity Shares of Rs.21.705 million was oversubscribed by 20 times. ACTION also launched ATOM - Portfolio Management Scheme for Small Investors. In 1995 ACTION acquired membership of Bangalore Stock Exchange. In 1997 ACTION took over the running BSE Stock Broking business of M/s Milan R. Parekh (M/sMilan Parekh has been a member of BSE since 1986). In 1997 ACTION also became one of the first Broker-Depository Participant of NSDL.
