Shriram Pulsar offers rubber parts and steel backed engine mountings used both for can and heavy commercial vehicles. Starting from the development of tools to the finishing of the rubber metal bond, close tolerances are maintained in our process.

They undertake tool development with ultra modern machines. Stringent standards are followed in metal preparation, phosphating, shot/sand blasting and metal stamping. Rubber compounds for components are made with high quality raw materials so that the final product can perform under the demanding working environment of the components. Internationally acclaimed metal to rubber bonding agents are used for the manufacturing of the final product. Strict and ‘Zero Tolerance’ inspection is conducted before dispatching the components to the customer.
