Black and Decker's ramped up this basic cordless with features even the high-end guys don't have. Its infinite clutch has micro-adjust torque, effortlessly driving a wide range of screws into everything from pine to rock maple. And unlike others in its class (and beyond), this one has a battery indicator that actually lets you know when your battery level is low. But the slickest thing about this drill by far is its electronic level. No more squinting at the bubble—-the level illuminates at all 90 degree angles, guaranteeing you accuracy every time. We like how it feels in hand, thanks to a comfortable rubber overmold and a nicely balanced design. The bonus Gator Grip universal socket is a nifty accessory, fitting odd shapes like a glove.
