With a 40-pint capacity for room sizes up to 2,200 square feet, this fully portable dehumidifier is ideal for use in the living room, bedroom, office, or any room where excess humidity is present. Functioning at temperatures as low as 44 degrees F, the unit is especially helpful in basements. Moisture is collected in either the large tank or is discharged continuously through the connector hose. With soft-touch, electronic controls and LCD display, the dehumidifier's functions are easy to set and read. It's also simple to accurately regulate humidity levels according to personal preferences with the unit's adjustable electronic humidistat. For added safety, an indicator light illuminates when it's time to empty the tank, and its tank-full system automatically turns the unit off to prevent water overflow. The dehumidifier's air-filtration technology includes a permanent, washable air filter that traps bothersome dust particles and extends the life of the unit. Other convenient features include two separate fan speed selections, fan-only operation for summer ventilation, and durable castor wheels, which allow for easily transporting the dehumidifier from room to room. Designed and engineered in Italy, the dehumidifier measures 12-3/5 by 13-1/5 by 21 inches.
