This Weather Guard steel underbed box is perfect for use with a flatbed, platform or dump body, and will protect your tools and equipment from weather and theft. This box is the most rugged available. It features a blend of materials that have never been seen before. The cabinet is made out of a combination of 14-gauge and 12-gauge steel. The back and end panels are made of 14-gauge steel, and the bottom is 12-gauge steel. The door is made of .100-inch thick aluminum with the full-length reinforcing channel. The weather stripping and a flanged design seal out weather and road grime. This unit is finished in black Armor-Tuf powder coat. The brushed stainless steel paddle handle rotary style latch mechanism features a two position safety catch system for your personal safety. Tools are easily accessible when needed and remain safe and secure when locked up during transit. A mounting bracket is required for proper mounting. Due to the wide variety of mounting possibilities, mounting brackets and hardware are not included.
