What is a Victorian wall supply elbow and why do you need one? If you have a Victorian hand shower with a connecting hose attached to it, then you need a Victorian wall elbow to connect the other end of the hose to the wall where the water line comes into your shower. Strictly speaking, this old-fashioned fixture has the elegant lines of the late Victorian or Edwardian period. (Late Victorian is good. Early Victorian means no running water.) This piece comes from Gnutti Sebastiano & Figli S.p.A., an Italian firm known for high-end fixtures. The triple-plated elbow has a polished brass finish, connects to all 1/2-inch shower hoses, and has a female connection fitting all 1/2-inch shower installations.
