One motor and three bases make this laminate trim kit perfect for installers. A powerful 5.6 amp AC/DC motor turns 30,000 rpm to make quick work of trimming tasks. The motor has 100-percent ball bearing construction for durability and smooth operation and a metal lower motor housing for heat dissipation. A built-in spindle lock and flat-top design allow for quick and easy one-wrench bit changes. The 1/4-inch collet accepts laminate trimming bits as well as router bits. The three bases each have their own specialty. The tilting base tilts 30 degrees to the right and 45 degrees to the left to allow use where the motor prevents other laminate trimmers from cutting close to vertical obstructions. Precise bit depth adjustments are easy with the Micro-set adjustment knob on the standard base. This is especially important in beveling corners of self-edged laminate projects since the top sheet must be trimmed to an exact depth to prevent damaging the side sheet. The offset base allows trimming of backsplashes and trimming into tight corners. Includes motor no. 7301, standard trimmer base no. 7309, Offset trimmer base no. 7311, tilt trimmer base no. 7318, solid carbide bit no. 43216, edge guide no. 73100, wrenches no. 44745 and no. 843076, and operator's manual.
