The MK-660 has a powerful 3/4-horsepower direct-drive DC motor that spins the blade at 3,500 rpm. The depth of cut is 2 inches at 90 degrees and 1-1/8 inch at 45 degrees. The MK-660 has the capacity to rip tiles up to 14 inches and diagonally cut 10-inch tiles. New motor design technology allows the MK-660 to run remarkably quietly. The high torque motor is powerful enough to deliver fast cutting on tile up to 14 inches. A specially designed blade brake stops the blade within a quarter of a turn. A chrome-plated linear guide bar system ensures precision alignment and accurate cutting. The MK-660 is made with a solid-steel frame for durability, yet at only 50 pounds it's very lightweight and portable, so you can easily take it to any job site.
