Day-Brite Lighting

Day-Brite makes some 2 million fluorescent, high intensity discharge (HID), and emergency lights and fixtures a year, mostly for commercial and industrial use. Its product lines include Day-Brite Indoor HID, NiteBrites Outdoor HID, mcPhilben Emergency (exit signs), and Day-Brite Vandal resistant lighting. Day-Brite makes wiring systems (adapters, splitters, cables) used to connect its products in residential and commercial environments such as offices, retail establishments, and schools. Day-Brite's former parent, the Genlyte Group, was acquired by Philips Lighting Business Unit Professional Luminaires North America in 2008.
