Worst sERVICE PROVIDERS,nEVER ATTEND COMPLAINTS. PROMPT IN COLLECTING MONEY

Regret very much to inform that SCV signal is not coming since 10 am today viz. 31.1.2015. On 29th also there was no signal from 3 pm to 5 pm. Full Saturday is gone and tomorrow Sunday. When complained to Mona Lisa, they said someone will be coming to my flat to check. Nobody has turned up yet.Can someone above pls take note and rectify permanently. All of a sudden from today SAB TV [Channel no.532] is not coming - reason not subscribed. As already highlighted in my earlier note, SCV relay gets disturbed quite often.Subscription fees gets increased but no increase in service level. SCV person has already collected the fees. Now all of a sudden, without notice channels get deleted. Can someone please urgently connect channel no.532 - SAB TV. I shall be glad if you will kindly put off the opening music of scv or allow us to mute as the sound it raises woke up children and disturb aged relaxing and prevent other users from viewing TV programmes.

It is really sad to note that SCV cable TV is not working from the time I switched on TV 5 am today. Luckily I could get line of the operator who have taken down my address [Behind Naidu Hall, Lakshmi Nagar, Porur]. Subscription fee is being revised upwards but there is absolutely no improvement in service. Can any one look into this and get the connection immediately ? TWO TIMES I SENT THIS REVIEW. Both the times message came that review will be put after admin approval. Later message came that 'u have entered wrong security code'. I have entered CORRECT code both time. scv hd set top box available come coimbatore?

The monthly subscription has been increased to Rs 170/- but the services r very very poor to core. The very purpose of giving to license to pvt operator is DEFEATED AND MONOPOLY is still maintained by pvt operator instead of govt. The services r disconnected even after the payment and the distributor response is very poor and he is blaming the SCV. Will TRAI hear this ? or shall we go to consumer court ?

Worst response. Distributors are irresponsible. All for money. Should take this to higher authorities and cancel their licence.

THE ELDERLY PERSON IS BORED FOR THE WHOLE DAY AND EVEENING HOURS THERE IS NO ENTERTAINMENT OR NEWS ETC. THE CABLE OPERATOR IS CONTACTED TIME TO TIME BUT SOME TIME PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF OR NOT TAKEN OR YOU WILL GET WIHIN HOURS, NOW PAST 2DAYS 13/3/13 TO 15/3/13 TODATE WE ARE NOT GETTING TV.i MET THE CABLE OPERATOR ACCIDENTLY AND HE REPLIED NOW IT IS MADE READY. WHEN I CAME TO HOUSE. STILL IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION. i CONTACTED OVER PHONE HIS PHONE IS SWITCHED OFF FROM 1830HRS ONWARS ON 15/3/13.iN FACT AFTER PAYING MONEY WITHOUT ENJOYING TV WE ARE IN HIS MERCY.VERY POOR RESPONSE KINDLY DO NEEDFULL IMMEDIATLY. They have just one contact number 49616161. Most of the time it is engaged and the rest of the time, nobody picks up. No email and no escalation details for a consumer to call to. Users are at their mercy. Try for your self!
