Pfaltzgraff 's Ocean Breeze pattern is designed to mimic the colors of the ocean as it gets deeper and deeper: in shallower water you see a light green, followed by a darker bluish-green as the depth increases, and finally, a deep blue in the deepest depths. Those three colors, in that order, are what you'll see on both shakers in this set, complementing their main off-white tone. One shaker has three holes, the other has four. (Presumably the four-hole shaker is for salt, but you can make that decision yourself.) As with all Pfaltzgraff dinnerware, single replacement pieces are available for broken items. The stoneware is safe for use in the microwave, oven, freezer, and dishwasher. Three-year warranty. --Doree Armstrong
