Grilling baskets are a fantastic way to painlessly grill food that otherwise has a tendency to flake apart or fall through the cooking grate onto the flames. This two-piece basket, with its nonstick surface and adjustable locking top, is excellent for a very long list of foods that can otherwise be difficult to grill, such as fish and vegetables. It's a snap to make crispy, low-fat home fries on the grill--simply spritz potato wedges with oil, sprinkle them with your favorite spices, sandwich them in the basket, cook, flip, cook some more, and Eat. Yum. Make four or more fish steaks without having them fall apart--turning them all at once with a single flip of the wrist. Chicken, steaks, and burgers work just as well.
