Packing 220 watts and electronically programmed to automatically deliver extra power when it's needed, this hand mixer is powerful enough to handle even a double batch of chocolate-chip cookie dough. A thumb control atop its comfortable handle offers seven speeds for precise work, and the speed setting is easy to read thanks to an LED digital display. To prevent splatters, the mixer automatically starts at a low speed and then revs up to the selected speed. The mixer's stainless-steel beaters are extra large for speedy mixing and better aeration of egg whites and whipped cream, and they don't have a center post so they're easy to clean (they're also dishwasher-safe). Included is a large, stainless-steel whisk and a stiff plastic spatula. The power cord rotates 360 degrees, making the mixer comfortable for both righthanders and lefthanders.
