Copies and scans are easy whether you connect to a PC or not. You can produce 12 copies per minute, with automatic reduction from legal to letter size. The flatbed scanner accepts books and magazines and includes OCR software to convert printed text into a digital text file.
The high-speed fax, with enhanced memory management, scans quickly at 2 seconds per page into memory. Additional features include delayed transmission, 270-page fax reception memory (in case the machine runs out of paper), fax forwarding and paging, remote fax retrieval, and an auto-dial capacity of 132 alphabetically stored phone numbers.
