The 3-5362 provides a microphone sensitivity switch with two settings. The high setting will detect voices from a distance so you can record speakers at a meeting or lecture. Use the low setting for personal dictation. The recorder will automatically shut off when it reaches the end of the tape and also has an automatic level control in record mode. Its cue/review function allows you to quickly review or edit previously recorded segments and lets you play it back at up to a 50 percent increase over the normal speed.
The GE 3-5362 uses a standard C size cassette tape and operates on 2 AA batteries (not included). An optional 3-volt DC jack for an AC converter is also available.
