Users of the USR8022 Wireless Router can not only share an Internet connection with a wireless network but can also share a printer. Indeed, the device can act as a print server, allowing any computer connected to it (wirelessly or not) to print. The main advantage is that it means there is no need to have a computer on all the time just to allow printing. Furthermore, the USR8022 uses a standard parallel port to interface to the printer ensuring no specific and expensive network printer is required.

Since most ADSL and Cable contracts come without any guarantee of service, it is likely the user may experience a failed broadband connection for a certain period of time.
