Maxell has engineered the MD-PRO74 to meet the demands of broadcast and professional audio archive applications. An extremely sensitive TbFeCo magnetic layer provides a high C/N ratio of 47dB, low bit error rate performance, and a wide magnetic power margin. The disc’s surface is treated with a protective lubricant layer and an ultrasonically-sealed, shock-and-heat resistant shell prevents the disc from contact with harmful dust and debris, resulting in excellent overall performance even after 1,000,000 record/erase cycles. In addition to outstanding sound reproduction characteristics, an oversized index card and detachable color labels make it easy to keep track of your recordings.
