The Panasonic DVD-RV32S DVD player plays DVD-Video, DVD-R, Video CD, CD, CD-R/RW, MP3, and WMA formatted media. It features A, B, C, D functions, which stand for Advanced Surround (V.S.S.), Bass Plus, Cinema Mode, and Dialogue Enhancer, for enhancing the home theater experience. Advanced Surround (V.S.S.) simulates a surround-sound effect using only the front two speakers, so you can enjoy Dolby Digital 5.1 channel discs without an elaborate home theater system. Additionally, the Bass Plus output enables a two-channel setup when you connect an optional subwoofer to your system, so you can get great, realistic home theater sound. Cinema Mode allows clear, bright colors and enhances the color in darker scenes by automatically adjusting picture contrast.
