The UH104 supports 1 upstream and 4 downstream ports, with data transfer rates of up to 12Mbps (100 times faster than regular serial ports). You can connect up to 6 Tiers, or add more USB hubs and connect up to 127 other devices, such as a keyboard, mouse, modem, network adapter, webcam, digital camera, and much more.
Additional features include supports of both Open Guaranteed Hub performance and Host Controller Interface (OHCI) and Universal Host Controller Interface (UHCI) to provide hardware compatibility with other USB hubs and devices. It supports full 12Mbps and 1.5Mbps devices, provides per-port over current detection and protection and per-port power ready and over current LEDs.
