Description In an effort to remain neutral, Ireland made a deal to intern any soldier, German or Allied, captured on Irish soil. During a dogfight, Allied pilot Miles Keogh, and German pilot Rudolph von Stegenbek shoot each other down and are captured. The camp commandant tries to keep the peace between these sworn enemies. But, when both men fall in love with Mattie, their hatred becomes personal.
